New Movies on Christmas DayEvery year there is always a new movie at the theater on Christmas Day. I have never understood why they do this. If I were in the business of movie making, I would want to release a movie when people have time to go to the movies. Christmas Day just seems like a bad time to release a new movie. With everybody traveling, visiting their family, and opening presents; I don't see how people find time to go out and see a new movie. I am going to take notice of the parking lot of the local movie theater this weekend during Christmas Day and see how many people are waiting in line to see the new movies coming out on December 25th. I also wonder about those who have to work on Christmas Day. It is just my thoughts on the new movies that come out on Christmas. |
