 "Neighbor Prank Creativity Award"We ave all seen or, at least heard of neighbors going at it over trees and bushes overhanging one another's property. This hysterically funny neighbor here takes the cake. He took the time, and a lot of time I am guessing, to hand carve a full moon out of a bush that is aimed for his neighbor's fence. Notice how he even put a edging around the base of the plant. This landscaping project had to be done undercover while the other, unsuspecting neighbor was on vacation. I am hear-by pleased to announce the creative neighbor prank award to this guy, whoever he is.
